5. Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order placed through bee177's responsible gaming tools or any equivalent measure voluntarily requested by you.

bee177 reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close any existing account at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason, where it reasonably suspects a breach of these eligibility requirements.

You agree to notify bee177 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. bee177 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation. General bonus rules that apply unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• A player may not hold more than one active deposit bonus simultaneously unless expressly permitted.

• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting any software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any winnings resulting from a clear technical error will be voided.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software or infrastructure.
• Using the Platform to engage in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, bee177's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In all cases, bee177's aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bee177 does not accept liability for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, telecommunications failure, power outages, or government actions.

All content on the bee177 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the proprietary property of bee177 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. bee177 operates the Platform as a service primarily intended for players in Bangladesh, and these Terms are drafted with that audience in mind.

In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance. bee177 is committed to resolving complaints in a fair, transparent, and timely manner. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal remedy.
